The MYNE service promise

We often speak not only of co-ownership, but of "managed" co-ownership. You have probably already asked yourself what this "managed" actually means? To us, besides the principle of co-ownership, it is the second important cornerstone that makes this model so attractive. In the first place, we see ourselves as a service provider - and as a partner at your side - not only when you are looking for the right holiday home, but especially beyond the purchase, when you use your holiday home regularly. This means we take a lot of work off your hands, and you save time and nerves.

Anyone who has ever bought a holiday home knows what is involved. You have to screen the market for a year or two, look at several properties to get a realistic overview. Then you have to check the property legally and technically, accept it, possibly furnish it, convert it, re-register it. And then, once you've done it, the property has to be continuously maintained and cared for, for which you need the right people. This is exactly where we know our stuff. MYNE has a wide network of local partners and designs a tailor-made service. The owner only needs his owner app. He can use it to control everything about his holiday home. These services and much more are behind the "managed" at MYNE - from the market screenings before the purchase to, if desired, a filled fridge upon arrival. To ensure that the service is also embedded in our organisation, we have set up the Customer Service & Support department, which has been headed by Katja Eisele since July. She is responsible for all processes that serve to optimise the management of the holiday properties. Katja's work has a great influence on the satisfaction of the co-owners. They appreciate our comprehensive range of services and enjoy going to their dream holiday home.

This week, one of our co-owners wrote her a review of his first stay. His feedback was a great confirmation that our focus on an exclusive all-round service is very much appreciated.

Read for yourself the report about his new second home in Mallorca:

"Dear Mrs Eisele, Dear Mrs Renner, we have spent wonderfully relaxing days here in Sa Rapita! Thank you very much for your efforts, especially to you, Mrs. Eisele. Our arrival was just as exciting as that of the co-owners from Hamburg. Cancelled flight, replacement flight which we had booked in advance, there were other fates at the airport. Fortunately, everything was relaxed at the airport in Palma, we got a taxi without any problems. From then on, we were sure that we would arrive at the villa! We had already fallen in love with the property when we visited it in February. But now as "owners" it was another experience.

MYNE prepared everything perfectly, the place looked lovely and the pleasant scent of the house welcomed us. In general, the house radiates a wonderful peace, which is partly due to the location. And if you want to be more active: Palma is only half an hour away by car. Although the six of us preferred to take the bus! The modern intercity bus runs pretty much every hour and takes only slightly longer. Paying with your bank card on the bus is really easy. But don't forget to check out when you leave! Our children are all grown up, but they couldn't be persuaded to go to the nearby beach Es Trenc right away. On the one hand, this was due to the beautiful home, but on the other hand, it was due to the comfort and the proximity of chilled drinks 😉 Eventually, we were able to convince them, because the good 5-minute walk is worth the time. If you haven't been to Es Trenc yourself: the pictures don't lie! And the designation as a nature reserve will ensure that in the future! Fortunately. We enjoyed spending the evenings on the roof terrace. From there, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the neighbouring forests. The shading installed by MYNE is identical to the neighbouring houses and fits in well. However, we would suggest adding another sofa upstairs, otherwise it will be crowded when the house is full! In the meantime, the owner's cupboards have been installed in the garage, also very high quality and spacious enough for personal utensils.

We are already looking forward to our next stay and wish all co-owners an equally relaxing stay!"
