Using the MYNE-app, you can reserve stays and manage administrative matters relating to your property at any time. In addition, we offer concierge services such as shopping or travel arrangements. Personal items like sports equipment or clothing can be stored in the properties locally. You can be sure that your favourite wine will be waiting for you in the fridge while you arrive with hand luggage only. All the more reason to relax!

Within the first 12 months of purchasing a share, if you are not happy with your MYNE home, you have the option to transfer your ownership to a MYNE home of equal or greater value. If we add a new property to our portfolio that you like even more than your original purchase, this satisfaction guarantee will also help you. All transaction costs are on MYNE's account - you are only liable for the difference between the share prices. Alternatively, you can sell your share at any time after 12 months - MYNE will be happy to be of assistance.
