What exactly do I buy at MYNE Homes?

Investors buy shares in a GmbH & Co. KG that owns the holiday property. This means they do not directly buy the property but shares in a company that owns the property.

How does the use of the property work?

Each shareholder has the right to use the property proportionally. Usage is fairly distributed among the owners according to a set of rules so that everyone can use their desired times.

What are the running costs?

The monthly costs for the operation and maintenance of your property are shared by all Co-Owners. To allocate these costs transparently and fairly, MYNE draws up a budget for each property, which forecasts the expected expenses, and is then approved by the Co-Owners. The monthly maintenance and administration costs are divided into three categories: 01 | Consumption-based costs (paid according to usage), for example: - Electricity, water, heating - Cleaning - Laundry 02 | Fixed costs (paid according to number of shares), for example: - Non-consumption operating costs, for example, insurance - Maintenance and upkeep, such as pool and garden maintenance - Maintenance reserve, for property and inventory - Administrative costs for the property holding company, for example, bookkeeping 03 | MYNE Service free - Professional and value-orientated management of the property - Co-Owner coordination - External service provider coordination - MYNE owner service

After a holding period of 12 months, you can sell your share at any time. We can help you find a new buyer. Or perhaps one of the other Co-Owners will want to acquire your share directly.

Can I get a mortgage for my property purchase?

Yes, we work with banking partners to offer favourable financing options for many properties.
