MYNE brings together Co-Owners with complementary uses. We pay particular attention to the following when selecting Co-Owners:
Whether or not the Co-Owners are tied to school holidays
The different holiday periods in the different countries and federal states
Any additional use requirements in terms of time (specific season, mainly weekends, whole weeks, etc.).
Mr Weber likes to cycle in the off-season in Mallorca. This is mainly between March and June and September and November.
The Taylors prefer quieter times. Now that they are retired, they are more flexible in their use of the property and can plan longer stays. They like to invite family and friends.
On the other hand, the Peters family, who have young children, have a preference for the summer months when the weather is warmer and the beaches are full of activities.
Mr and Mrs Riedel's use of the property is as a home office, which is ideal during the mild spring and fall months.
The Walther's are tied to the school holidays, so they plan to stay in the summer and fall to give their children time off.
Ms Wolff and Mr Marx, however, prefer late fall and winter to escape Germany's winter weather and enjoy Mallorca's mild temperatures.
